Our headquarters is at 9001 Airport Blvd in Houston, and we mobilize crews to any Texas market through our hub-and-supervisor model — same account manager, same QA program, same certifications, statewide. Are you licensed, insured, and bonded?

Yes. Silva Building Specialists is fully insured and bonded, carrying general liability, workers' compensation, and commercial auto coverage on every job. We can provide certificates of insurance (COIs) naming your property or company as additional insured on request.

Do you work with government agencies and municipalities?

Yes. We are a compliant subcontractor with active experience on municipal contracts. We can accommodate standard government insurance, background check, and reporting requirements, and we have MWDBE-eligible experience.

How quickly can you respond to an emergency?

Our 24/7 emergency line is answered around the clock. For recurring accounts and locations inside the beltway or the inner ring of suburbs, on-site response typically runs under 90 minutes for storm cleanup, flooding, biohazard, or other facility emergencies.

Do you offer recurring maintenance contracts?

Yes. Most of our commercial accounts are on nightly, weekly, monthly, or quarterly recurring schedules. Every recurring account gets a dedicated account manager, a defined scope of work, and the same supervisor and crew rotation so you're not managing a revolving door of vendors.

How is pricing structured?

Every proposal is a written line-item quote with defined scope, service dates, and pricing. No hidden fees, no surprise charges. We walk the property, understand your standard, and price the work honestly. You approve the scope before we begin.

Do you clean residential properties or just commercial?

Both. While our core business is commercial facility maintenance, we operate a residential division that services premium homes across the Greater Houston area, using the same commercial-grade equipment and trained crews scaled to residential settings.

What pressure washing services do you offer?

We handle building facades, parking garages, sidewalks and concrete, driveways, storefronts, fleet washing, dumpster pads, drive-thrus, and roof soft-washing. Pressure washing is one of our signature services, and we use the right pressure and chemistry for each surface to protect the finish.
