Silva Building Specialists is a family-run business that specializes in commercial cleaning for the Houston, Pearland, and Friendswood areas.

We have been faithful in the commercial janitorial business for over 35 years now. Thanks to the ethic and commitment to our staff and the trust of our clients, we have been able to expand throughout all of Houston. We are advancing our company's use of technology to constantly renovate methods, training procedures, advertising methods, and new and improved equipment to satisfy our customers.

Each member of our staff has completed thorough training methods to be able to excel at each of their tasks and more. Our staff has been given proper knowledge through training to be sharp, educated, and have a clear perspective of the janitorial trade in itself. But most importantly, we have remained faithful and constructive to each other to develop a great sense of ownership in the performance of each one of our duties.
